[Linux] Problema con PVM

Acabo de configurar dos computadoras para que se conecten en RED con 
interfaces eth (con algo de dificultad por ser novato pero lo logre). Ya 
puedo hacer telnet y utilizar RSH, que creo que es lo que usa PVM, por que 
la razon de todo es usar PVM.

    Cuando intento agregar un nuevo HOST en la consola de PVM con el 
comando ADD, no lo hace y me manda el siguiente mensaje:

Master host IP Address is loopback! (see Readme)

Ya ví en README pero no le entiendo.

*** If you see "Master Host IP Address is Loopback!" or get the
PvmIPLoopback error when adding hosts, this means that the networking
on your Master PVM host (the one you initially started PVM on) is
not set up to support multiple, remote hosts in your virtual machine.
By default, especially on many Linux systems, the host name alias
is appended to the 127.0.0.1 loopback / localhost IP address in the
/etc/hosts file.  This is very useful for running in stand-alone mode
without networking, however this alias must be removed for interaction
with remote hosts in PVM.  See the Linux Networking HOWTO for
information on automatically handling this scenario (via ifup-local
and ifdown-local scripts).

Alguien me puede decir que hacer.
