[Ayuda] instalación Gentoo 2005.1

Buen día lista:

Tengo instalado WinXP en una partición y al instalar Gentoo 2005.1 me
aparece el siguiente mensaje cuando esta iniciando:

!! The root block device is unspecified or not detected
Please specify a device to boot, or "shell" for a shell...
boot ()::

Aqui escribo: /dev/hda4 e inicia el sistema. Eh cambiado varios parametros
en Grub, que es donde creo que tengo el conflicto, pero no logro hacer que
arranque normalmente.

Podria alguien revisar la información que anexo e indicarme que es lo que
tengo que correguir.
