Lee con cuidado lo que tu mismo has incluído en el mensaje.

Tienes instalado gtk+-1.2.6 y requieres gtk+-1.2.7, o bien tienes 
paquetes mezclados de ambas versiones. Me imagino que has estado 
instalando paquetería vía tar.gz, y no llevas una referencia o control 
de la misma.
