Ese es el CLIENTE, no es el servidor. Instala wu-ftpd y anonftpd, pero
no del CD, sino desde ftp://updates.redhat.com/7.0/

inet quedó obsoleto a partir de Red Hat Linux 7.0 Instala wu-ftpd y
edita /etc/xinet.d/wu-ftpd, quita disable=yes y reinicia xinet.
