Como puedo dar de alta mi tarjeta 3c509 en linux slackware 3.0.0 ????

Estos mensajes me aparecen cuando booteo con el floppy generado (bootdisk) 
para la instalacion si me reconoce la tarjeta 3c509

Pero...... despues de que instalo el slackware ya no me reconoce la tarjeta 
de red....
como le hago para agregarla manual......
le doy ifconfig y netstat ,me arroja lo siguiente:
