Creo que si habrá que llevar el caso a la Profeco, porque si compras una
computadora en el SAMS, Microsoft dice que en el SAMS es en dónde te van
a regresar el dinero, pero en el SAMS consideran a la computadora con
todo y software como un solo producto, por lo tanto aceptarían
regresarte el dinero si es que les regresas toda la computadora. (pensé
en el ejemplo del SAMS porque ahí tengo un cuate, quien me lo acaba de
confirmar)
