Hello testers:

I'm currently collecting data on many of the newer mice that are
available, especially those with wheels and other gadgets. However, we
don't have many of these available in the lab, but if you have any serial
mouse at all, please consider participating. The little project shouldn't
take more than a minute or so. Please download the binary "pnp_serial"
from /pub/home/pbrown on the ftp site and run it with the first and only
argument being the serial port your mouse is attached to. Cut and paste
the information that gets dumped and send it to me. Your help in this
matter will insure better and more complete mouse detection in later
releases of Red Hat. This is not for the 5.2 release.

I hope to have a similar binary for PS/2 mice available soon as well.
