Significa que alguien ha utilizado el servidor 200.15.147.133, que se encuentra dentro de tu dominio, para enviar correo SPAM. ORBS es una organizacion sin afan de lucro, dedicada a localizar y combatir esta practica. Asi que por el momento, dicho servidor esta bloqueado: nadie puede recibir correo de esa maquina, hasta que se haya cambiado la configuracion para evitar el relay abierto. Cuando hayas cambiado la configuracion, les avisas siguiendo sus instrucciones y te desbloquean.
