Gracias por el tip, yo estaba usando el fwtk pero en la documentacion dice
que Oracle y Sybase si funcionan bajo el plug-gw pero la trama de MSQL no
permite hacerlo por ser paquetes no estandar TCP/IP:

MS SQL:
    When people have tried this in the past it has been found to not work
when plug-gw is used - the SQL Server protocol is sensitive to the data
stream. If it writes 1200 bytes it expects to read all 1200 bytes in a
single packet. Plug-gw does not guarantee that. Perhaps more recent
versions of SQL server don't work that way any longer.

La solucion fue poner Linux Kernel 2.2.7 + IPchains + Masquerading y
funciona de pelos entre Mexico D.F. y Guadalajara =).
